How to email your patient their lab
results
On the patient communication interface you will
see 3 tabs.
1. Select the email tab
2.
Enter the patient email address
3. Enter the patient domain (the
@ sign is automatically inserted)
4. Select normal or
abnormal
5. Click the email image - as depicted on the right
You will see a message indicating that the email has
been queued.
Queued messages typically are sent within 30 minutes. Use you own email address to test.
