On the patient communication interface you will see 3 tabs (email, SMS and Preferences)
1. Select the SMS tab

Enter the country code (usually 27)
3. Enter the patient cell
number (without the initial 0)
4. Select normal or
abnormal
5. Click the phone
You will see a message indicating that the SMS has
been queued.
Queued messages typically are sent within 30 minutes.
Messages are customizable, but the default either informs patients that the test was normal or asks them to make an appointment at the rooms.
Only subscribers (not demo users) can actually send an SMS. Use your own cell number to test.
