User Friendly

Bluebird is perhaps the easiest program to learn. This is important for 2 reasons:

• You are not overly dependent on a staff member that understands your complex PMA. If that person becomes ill it may be hard to train up a new staff member at short notice.
• As doctors become more interested in understanding the workings of their practice a user-friendly system saves them time and flattens the learning curve.

Paper Analogy

• Bluebird's design emulates paper, making it extremely easy to learn. Each module is a "drawer" on the home page, clicking (opening) the drawer allows one to see the pieces of paper (records) in the drawer.
