Bluebird staff will contact your office to verify your
contact details. Thereafter you will be SMSed a username and password. Please
log on to www.bluebird.co.za and change that password
immediately. As soon as you have changed the SMSed password to one of your own
choosing, email support@bluebird.co.za and
we will open the gateway that allows access to your
reports. This step prevents Bluebird technical staff from accessing your patient
information.
